new album 'chronopolis' out now

My new record 'chronopolis' is available today via the Acrylic label, in both stereo and Dolby Atmos.

It's a spiritual successor to my last record while also going in some new directions. Please give it a full listen and get in touch, I would love to know what you think!

Inspired by Polish animator Piotr Kamler's 1982 film of the same name, chronopolis "tells the story of a gargantuan city colonized by powerful immortals who have become jaded and bored with eternal life, and thus have decided to manipulate elements of time." My version of this is explored through the eyes & ears (mainly ears) of a wandering street musician (sax of course) who discovers various artifacts on the city's outskirts. I see the "powerful immortals" as a few different power structures in our culture & time.

David Perlick-Molinari and I mixed it together at YouTooCanWoo in Brooklyn, with the always-excellent Alex DeTurk mastering.
